Graham Cracker Chocolate tri~fold

Seriously this is so easy and yummy !can be made a head of time i always make the day before any event or party and i have also made in individual containers for a sit down dinner dessert !

1 st of all you need

1 Box of Graham crackers~ crushed and the add 1 stick of real butter melted mix well

2 large boxes of Chocolate pudding mix and make as per box directions i always get instant
much faster and easier.

2 tubs of cool whip !

And layer graham on bottom and so on ! Chill before serving and you can also put chocolate shaving on top !

Crunchy Chicken Salad Sandwiches

These yummy sandwiches were so good i made the yesterday dinner after a nice day of swimming with the family !

pretty simple and easy, you can make this a head of time.

For 8

2 lbs of grilled chicken chopped in to chunks

1 cup of chopped Scallions

1 cup of chopped celery

1/2 cup of mayo

1 1/2 cup of red seedless grapes cut into half

8 to 10 ounces of Provolone cheese cut into cubes
1/2 cup crushed Almonds
salt & pepper to taste and i made on 100% whole wheat bread !

Got to love the days of summer when you can get away with a light easy dinner :)

Lemon Chiffon Cupcakes

So yesterday i feeling like Lemon cupcakes ! And i know i used boxed mix but oh well it was easy.

look at these cute cupcake papers my daughter picked up for me ! I just adore anything leopard print.

But my Butter cream frosting was homemade and came out great and tasty.

Almost 4th of July

Well it's almost 4th of July and for our family this has always been a big deal, Well i guess like all the holidays i love to celebrate everything !!! Sometimes with all the hustle and bustle we all forget why it is we celebrate Independence Day.
Why do we celebrate Independence Day, also known as the Fourth of July? To many it is just a federal holiday to enjoy the day off with family and friends and have fireworks, parades, and barbecues. It is so much more. We, as Americans, need to remember independence is the foundation of America. This is what should be celebrated on July 4. This is the legacy our Founding Fathers left us, and it is right and just. It is as important today as it was during the writing of the Declaration of Independence.

Here is Reese he is some what like me enjoying the 4th as if it were Christmas. I have lots to do, but i wouldn't have it any other way i will be doing lots of cooking tomorrow so on Saturday i wont have much to do other than to put it out and enjoy my day with my family. And i am sure like years before we will have great pictures of our family and friends celebrating this 4Th of July
