Not your mother's Pot Pie !

4 carrots peeled and diced

1 red Bell pepper diced

4 stalks of celery diced

1/2 Onion diced

about  1

1pound of Mushrooms sliced not diced

1 stick of real unsalted butter add everything but the mushrooms to a pan and sautee until soft then add mushrooms salt & pepper and about 3/4 cup of Red Wine cook about another 10 minutes deglaze them cook it down !

then set aside and make a white cream sauce

1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup milk

1 stick of real butter

and some flour to thinken it up a bit salt & pepper but not too much !

4 Chicken breast shredded

I baked mine for about 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown !

Fun finds Friday's

My trip to Sephora was a success i picked up a new make up for me  MAT & VELVET & some Primed & Poreless which i love it's so soft on my face it was recommended by another bloggy friend http://makeupbytricia.blogspot.com/ if you get a chance check out her blog ! and i slso picked up a new polish love the color "Tire jack"!

I also stopped in to get my accessory fix at For love 21 they always have trendy cute stuff and really really reasonable price's A cute jeweled headband ($11.00) and some pretty hair clips($1.50) Jeweled clip ($3.50) a big body bruch with shimmer powder ($3.50) and another polish ! i can go crazy in there they also have really cute jewlery

and all these's rings except the white one is for (Nordstrom) all under $10.00

We even hit Old Navy they were having a $5.00 T-shirt sale ! i picked these up for some new workout shirts !

Shirts were regularly $14.50 but this weekend they were all $5.00 ! now i can kick myself for not buying more they are so soft ! I hope they do the sale again. also got a Black knit dress for spring !  

Then we stopped in to the Nordstrom Cafe for lunch

John's Incredible Pizza Co.

So on Saturday we headed out to John's indresible pizza it was a rainy day so it was good to be inside and just to let you know this was not my idea (lol) i dont like places like this it was like a Chuck E. Cheese on  

steroids Kids everywhere at least it wasnt that bad we got there at 10:30 am lol yes pizza buffet for breakfast the kids dont care what time they eat pizza and there were no croweds yet ! But by the time we left there was a 2 hour wait to get in and no where to sit either, The kids loved this place it was cleaned and well layed out lots of room for the hundereds of kids that were there. Every party room was packed and am glad we went early cause i couldnt wait to get out of there just way too many kids ( i think am a old fart). Here are some pic's of what they have to offer.
