1/4 Cup plum jam
2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp.Chili sauce
1 Tbsp.five-spice powder
Kosher salt to taste
In a sauce pan heat Jam, brown sugar, Vinegar, soy sauce and the rest of above stuff heat to a boil then reduce to low heat cook glaze 2 to 3 minutes set aside !
Cook chicken with just salt & pepper when done dip chicken into the glaze return to BBQ for 2 minutes then sever ! with plum salsa over it !
