Mock A Mole & Skinnygirl Margarita's
By Bethenny FrankelSo last night i made the bethenny Mock a Mole & Skinnygirl Margarita's along with my Healthy Green "Fabulous Burrito"
The Mock a Mole was so good on my burritos and so easy to make i threw it all in the blender but i did minus the Green peas just didnt sound right so other than that i will diffently make again.
Low-Fat Mock-a-mole (serves 6-8)Ingredients:
2 tablespoon cilantro (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon red onion chopped (finely chopped)
1 avocado
1 cup green peas
2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce (use more if you like your guacamole spicy)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (flat leaf or curly)
1 cup chopped tomato
ok so you take these ingredients a few Garlic cloves 1 whole onion 5 Tomatillos 3 jalapeno sprayed the pan with cooking spray toss around add Pepper & Salt when they become soft i put in the blender blend until smooth then pour over Shredded Chicken Or pork. make into a burrito i added white rice, White beans some cheese and the Mock a Mole and enjoy !
So now am on the hunt for a pair of Reebok EasyTones and these lasdies are the reason why they are sold out everywhere ugh so am on the hunt for today anyways haha you see when it comes to things i really want i have no patience at all i ll give 2 days then i'll have to move on LOL so wish me luck on finding a pair :) Oh and By the way i Love The Kardashians

I have that book and LOVE it!!! You have to make the spinach and artichoke dip. Yum!!!

ReplyDeleteOh I LOVE Skinnygirl recipes! I made the artichoke/spinach dip for the Superbowl and no one even noticed that it was a "healthy" dish! Ha! I will definitely have to try the guacamole now- yours looks so yummy! Have fun getting your done! XOXO
