Memorial day Weekend !

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service. There are many stories as to its actual beginnings, with over two dozen cities and towns laying claim to being the birthplace of Memorial Day ! So here's a big thank you to all the men & women who protect our counrty !

Now what will  you be doing this weekend ? I'd love to be with the SATC 2 girls in Abu Dhabi,

haha i wish. Seen the movie last night with my girls and it was a bit long but that was ok i needed my fill of my SATC girls its been 2 years since the last movie and i was missing my Mr. Big & Carrie and the girls. Thats a different post that i will do it over the weekend.

But this is what i will be doing !

and hopefully a little of this too!

Car shopping ! We went last weekend and looked at the Buick Lacrosse ( but in black with a black leather  interior) and i really do love it but it was'nt my first choice until we drove it ! But we told ourselves we are going to check out all the cars (i) we wanted to look at ! so this weekend we will be looking at the Caddy dealer i have my eye on this baby

This is what i drive right now not that much different i know but its just time for something new and no this is not our family car i have a SUV that i love and i tote the kids around in when need be. But anywho thats a little of what my weekend will consist of.

6. I am a stay at home MOM and i love it though at times it can be hectic i appreciate that my husbands loves me home too !
7. Reading poerty and quoteing it !
8. Looking through my daily magazine's
9. A nice strong extra dirty Martini or Wilson creek Almond Champagne !

My Mother's day weekend !

So on Saturday me & the hubby and our son Reese spent the day in Laguna ! We started off with lunch at Las Brisas we have been there a few times brunch but never just for lunch so it was fun we sipped on Bloody Mary's and i had some fresh Mango Chevice then we headed down to the beach !

when we headed out from the beach i talked Kam in to stopping at Fashion Island to see the New Nordstrom and yes i fell in love i didn't get anything for me since i knew gifts were coming my way with Mother's Day on Sunday so i picked up some things for Reese

My older kids & hubby are so funny they couldn't even wait till Sunday to give me my gifts so on Saturday i had walked in to the den to see flowers cards and so many cool things i am truly blessed not just cause i got so many things but because they all spent there time on me the cards alone are tear jerkier ! gee sh then my niece's card is way tear jerkier too ! My husband surprised with with a membership to the tanning salon i have been wanting but never went and signed up since the one i use to belong to closed down over a year ago so he did it for me and put it my card !

So after i got my new dress on we headed out to our favorite places for Dinner Joe's Sushi !

and another one of my fav's is the albacore Sushi !
