Chinese noodles cooked and tossed with toasted sesame oil
Make sauce in blender
3 Garlic cloves
1 inch piece pleed fresh ginger
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Hot water
Blend all together in blender and pour over cooked noodles ..
then add the rest
1 cucumber sliced and half
1 Cup Shredded chicken
6 Green onions sliced
1/4 Cup peanuts chopped
