Chipotle Caesar salad with Lump Crab Cake


Spicy dressing on a caesar salad with a crab cake what else can you ask for ! when you want something lite but with lots of flavor this is it and really easy too.
Dressing
1/2 cup Mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground pepper
2 to 4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 whole chipotle chilis from a can + 1 tsp of the juice
5 fillets of Anchovy i use the whole can minus the oil 
8 Garlic cloves diced 
2 to 3 tbls of oil 
4 tbls of Red wine vinger
add all to blender mix until smooth !
Now for the crab cake i cheated i bought frozen from Sam's Club 5 minutes each side 
Romaine Lettuce chopped
Croutons
Grated Parmesan Cheese toss together & enjoy !
