30 years in the making, California grown garlic takes center stage in a showdown between distinguished chefs from Northern California. The prize, a whole lot of bragging rights coupled with $5,000 and 1000 pounds of fresh garlic.
Can't wait to learn some new tricks and find out what you can do with a half-ton of garlic. This will be mine and my Mother in Law's first time there! The hubby has been way back when the first started. So i am looking forward to this so much Good food with some pretty great people !
