2 lbs of grilled chicken chopped in to chunks
1 cup of chopped Scallions
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of mayo
1 1/2 cup of red seedless grapes cut into half
8 to 10 ounces of Provolone cheese cut into cubes
1/2 cup crushed Almonds
salt & pepper to taste and i made on 100% whole wheat bread !
