Bruschetta Salad with Spicy Garlic Mussels

This is a perfect salad for summer ! It's fresh and and light with some bold flavor of Dark Balsamic vinegar! 1 Box of croutons
3 Large tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion slices
6 Garlic cloves minced
a hand full of Basil and salt & pepper to taste toss together ans serve!

I love mussels and so does my family and this were on sale last week when i made this for dinner @ 4.99 per pound i couldn't resist so 3lbs later ! We had some plump garlic spicy mussels and i served them with toasted french bread to soak up the juices !
Make sure when cooking they are clean free of beards and brush the exterior with a scrub brush. and throw away any opened mussels.
Cook all ingredients together in a pan on the grill !
Combine 1 cup of white wine~dry
1 shallot minced
3/4 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 whole squeezed lemon juice
2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil
and about 12 minced garlic cloves and 2 table spoons of crushed chili peppers cook about 5 to 8 minutes until mussels are open !
