32 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Large onion sliced
1 1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
12 Cups torn Chard or winter greens about 2 1/2 pounds
1 1/2 pounds spaghetti
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

toast garlic in oil about 3 minutes then remove garlic set aside. Toss in the onions to hot oil & the pepper flakes cook until onions are soft. meanwhile put the put the greens to boil for about 2 minutes until soft remove from water place in a large bowl add the garlic and 1 cup of the water from the noodles that you have cooking too!

toss it all in a bowl the spaghetti, chard ,garlic and oil and onion mixture too then add the cheese and sever !
