Thanksgiving is only 2 months and 9 days away and in my house it"s always a production but i wouldn't have it another way i love it all ! Since my kids were little and i had my own place i did Thanksgiving ! It's my Holiday the cooking the traditions the smells of Fall and Turkey just makes me appreciate my Family and life i am able to lead i am blessed in so many ways from my family's health and all of us always being together for all the Holidays and special moments in our lives. So i cant wait to use Scarfs, Gloves, Uggs and lite the pumpkin spice candle and my Turkey roaster...... So what Holiday are you looking forward to??
I am feeling alittle better today but this thing i have the Flu/Cold combo thing sure is taking his time leaving .... ugh running on 75% almost 100% Thank you for all Love

ReplyDeleteFeel better!! I can't wait for Thanksgiving this year. I've never cooked a turkey and now that I own a home I'm gonna do it this year!! I hope I don't burn it or serve it stll frozen, wellbe having a christmas story moment at the chinese food place. LOL
ReplyDeleteThis is something that I am looking forward to myself. I always celebrated it with my gfs in NYC til' last year and celebrated it with my Mom, her boyfriend and my husband. This will be the first year that I will be doing most of the cooking with my husband. We both love to cook and it should be fun. The only pie that I have cooked is apple. I am more of a cook then a baker but it's something that I want to learn.

ReplyDeleteThanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays - I love all orange vegetables - pumpkins, carrots, sweet potatoes, yams, etc - and Thanksgiving comes with lots of them!
