Yummy blueberry pancakes !! I've made pancakes so many times before but never like this !! I added 4 egg whites whipped to peeks formed then added to my regular pancake mix and fresh grated lemon rinds too ! this made such a big difference so fluffy and the zest was so fresh !! my family loved them !!
