and deep fried them for about 8 to 10 minutes and then i made the sauce to toss them into !
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 whole can of Chipotle Chile (that i blended)
3 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp of New Mexico chili powder
2 Tbsp of New Mexico chili powder
2 Tblsp of garlic powder
2 Tbsp of hoisin sauce
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of Honey
1/4 cup of Honey
Salt & Pepper to taste !
Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer until sauce thinkens up and when all done with frying the chicken toss in a bowl with a lid and sauce shake to cover the wings and serve !! The taste was amazing and yes they are hot but with a sweet taste to them !
