Pork & Peppers over Rice

8 Large Boneless Pork Chops
4 Large Green Bell peppers Diced
1 Large onion thinly sliced
8 Garlic cloves minced
3 Zucchini Diced
1 Large can of crushed tomatoes
2 Anaheim Chilies Diced
2 Cups chicken broth !!
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper
and i made 2 cups of long grain rice.

So over a medium heat saute in alittle bite of oil the Garlic, Onion, Bell peppers, Anaheim Chilies until slightly soft add the salt & pepper and cayenne pepper then add the zucchini for about 2 minutes then add all the liquid'es cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes
Meanwhile I BBQ the pork chops until almost done then put them in a baking dish pored the pepper sauce over the Chops and baked @ 350 for about 25 minutes.

The when done i severed over rice !! It was flavorful & yummy !!!
