TMTT Cran~Citrus Chutney

12~Ounce bag of fresh or frozen Cranberries into sauce pan add
1 1/2 cup of Sugar
3 strips of Lemon & Orange zest
2 Tablespoons of water into the pan make sure pan is one low heat
1/4 cup of sliced Crystallized Ginger
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/2 Cup Red wine
1/4 Cup Raisins
Cook about 12 minutes and you can add Salt & Pepper to taste !
I'll be putting this on my Turkey Sandwiches
