This is a recipe that i got from a friend " Tracey" i changed it up a bit to make it my own so here it is ~Boneless Pork chops cooked for about 6 minutes each side then add the chutney on top when done.

The Apple chutney~
2 large Red Apples cord and sliced
1 Red Onion sliced
1 Sweet Yellow Onion
6 Garlic Cloves minced
1/2 cube of real Butter
3 Tbp of Ginger
4 Tbl of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Apple Juice
Salt& Pepper
really easy just add butter, garlic, onion until slightly soft then add all the rest simmer until it thickens up just a bit.

You always make so hungry when I come over to your blog, haha!
