Pizza Crudo!!
So easy and simply with a great taste of freshness.......3 Garlic Cloves minced
1/3 cup olive oil
2 pints of Cherry multicolor tomatoes
1 cup of fresh Basil
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl with salt & pepper !
Some Asiago cheese finely grated
Add Mozzarella cheese to the bread then the toppings and finish with the Asiago ! place in broiler until melted ! Then enjoy!
1 loaf of baguette bread sliced and toasted ! first rub bread with garlic clove and brush with olive oil toast until a light crunch.
