Sunday Dinner.......Sweet Peppers & Chops

Sweet peppers
Diced up about 2 lbs of sweet peppers (red,yellow,orange) put in to a saute pan with some olive oil then added
Garlic,diced onion and roasted Green chili's( I had some in the freezer i keep on hand)

When all the peppers became soft i added a large can of diced tomatoes with juices and 3 cups of chicken stalk and paprika and Salt & Pepper to taste ! I let in cook down for about 1 1/2 hours until sauce became slightly think i severed it over white rice and boneless pork chops!!
